Carmen Saumell was born in Houston, TX. She is Mexican, Cuban, and Vietnamese. Growing up she participated in acrobatic sports including being a competitive level 10 gymnast at the age of 10, a competitive diver as well as a level 5 cheerleader at Prodigy All-stars. Carmen continues to share her athletic skills as a gymnastics coach, and to fulfill her creative side, she is a local makeup artist that loves to experiment with new looks and loves creating social media content. Carmen started modeling in 2022 and has been on the cover of Houston City Book and working with brands such as Givenchy, Balmain, New York & Company, Francesca’s, Academy, Tootsies, Sak’s Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Elizabeth Anthony and Macy’s.
