Ally Courtnall is a dual citizen both Canadian American now based in Los Angeles, CA. Ally grew up in a family of athletes.  Her dad and uncle played in NHL for 17 years so she naturally followed suit by representing team Canada in 3 different sports soccer, track, and softball. She went on to play for UCLA all 4 years as the only two sport athlete where she won a national championship in 2013. Other hobbies include traveling, cooking (Ally is a huge foodie) and Pilates. She also is a huge wellness advocate especially when it comes to mental and physical health.
